Conrad Steller

Co-Owner, Managing Broker
His talent and experience combine to make him our leader and mentor as well as a skilled negotiator and top advocate for our clients. Conrad is an extremely conscientious and effective broker, is widely recognized as a leader in the industry, and holds the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). The Denver Business Journal recognized Conrad as a 40 Under 40 award recipient in 2015, and a Top 10 Mile High Leader in Residential Real Estate in 2018. What Conrad offers stems from more than 20 years of real estate sales experience in the Denver Metro area, combined with extensive knowledge in construction consulting, environmental consulting, home improvement and real estate investing. As owner and managing broker of The Steller Group, Conrad supports our world-class team of agents in serving our clients’ interests and our community every day.

Jennifer Steller

Co-Owner, Broker Associate
With an extensive background in marketing and sales, she is our planning and promotion guru, our great organizer and visionary. Jennifer is a broker associate and holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Notre Dame. Her professional background includes award-winning public relations campaigns for corporate clients, and receiving a National Lifetime Achievement Award for personal sales as the membership director of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. As co-owner of The Steller Group with Conrad Steller and Emily Lonborg, her responsibilities include strategic planning and brand management. Jennifer’s focus is on precision. She works with the team to improve systems and procedures, ensuring that The Steller Group presents clients with the very best the real estate industry has to offer.

Kyle Macdonald

Showing Assistant
Kyle Macdonald is The Steller Group’s Showing Assistant. With a degree in real estate and economics from Colorado State University, his education provides him with an advanced knowledge of housing market trends and the intricacies of the home-selling process. His dedication and passion for real estate provides clients with a high-end service to sell their home with ease. A proud Colorado native, Kyle knows Denver like the back of his hand, offering local insight and expertise. His optimistic attitude establishes positive relationships with clients, making the selling of their home as seamless and stress-free as possible.

As The Steller Group’s home presentation expert and lead stager, Carolyn is a true magic-maker. With seemingly endless and infectious energy, she makes our listings stand head and shoulders above the competition. Carolyn has a unique ability to transform space. From the coordination of needed home improvements to her mastery of core design elements, she is our secret weapon. Carolyn’s enthusiasm and tireless work ethic mean your property will shine to its fullest potential, helping it sell for the highest amount possible. Her staging expertise and affinity for helping homeowners in the sale process ensure that our properties and our customer service outperform the market! Since becoming one of the first Certified Home Staging Experts (CHSE) in the metro area, Carolyn has honed her craft as she trained and accredited stagers across the country.

Robin Bryant

Stager
Robin is The Steller Group’s stager. Ever the hard-worker and always ready to jump in, she keeps our listing and staging teams going with her fresh perspective and boundless stamina to get the job done. Robin works diligently each day, driven by a sense of pride in knowing the work she does will wow prospective buyers and allow us to bring in top dollar for our client’s home. She’s attentive, understanding, and committed to a job well done. Robin’s passion for her work is evident in the care she puts into each job. As The Steller Group’s assistant stager, Cruz Alvarez doesn’t shy away from difficult tasks. Working hand-in-hand with stagers Carolyn and Robin, Cruz is committed to stylish results that showcase the best features of our clients’ homes. Determined and hardworking, Cruz jumps in wherever needed, and clients often share their appreciation for Cruz’s dependability and positive attitude. Cruz is here to ensure that preparing your home for sale is a pleasant and positive experience.

Jake Lonborg

Senior Project Manager
Functioning as The Steller Group’s construction project manager, Jake is determined, dependable, and motivated — an invaluable team member and instrumental to the company’s success. He is committed to clear communication and excellent follow-through. Jake’s problem-solving nature, resourcefulness, and confident “can-do” attitude make him an appreciated partner to our listing team. With a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic, our clients can trust that he will go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. His careful oversight ensures renovation plans are completed to our clients’ exact standards, with passion and excellence. Jake is a Colorado native and graduate of the Colorado State University’s College of Business, where he studied marketing and Spanish.

James Bittenbender

Project Manager
As The Steller Group’s assistant project manager, James has a keen eye for detail and is a natural go-getter. He assists the project management team with great care to deliver a smooth process and successful outcome every time. James exudes a calm and positive demeanor, bringing a sense of confidence to our jobs as he works steadily to ensure projects run like clockwork. His attention to detail and organization ensure that our clients’ inspection issues are handled with professionalism and expertise, helping to get them to closing without issues. James' dual degree in economics and political science from the University of Pittsburgh, combined with a previous career in air operations management, brings a diverse skillset to The Steller Group. Offering excellent communication and management skills, James supports the team with a vast depth of knowledge and experience.

Carly Tashman

Marketing Director
The driving force in how The Steller Group shows up in the world, Carly has a proven track record of excelling in demanding and dynamic environments. As The Steller Group’s marketing director, she is responsible for our print and digital corporate marketing, listings marketing, social media, as well as coordinating our special events to get maximum reach and make a lasting impression. With a degree in Digital Communications from the University of Vermont and a comprehensive background in marketing strategy and execution, Carly delivers excellent results and brings a competitive edge into the real estate industry. She is a resourceful problem-solver and hard-working professional, continually enhancing The Steller Group’s marketing strategies to keep our team poised for success. Carly’s work is a key factor in our company’s growth, ensuring clients past, present, and future have a front row seat to the remarkable things happening at The Steller Group.

Tamara Kracke

Transaction Manager
A positive, caring, and committed team member, she is an indispensable support for our clients from contract to final loan approval. Tamara Kracke is The Steller Group’s transaction manager. Tamara is originally from California and studied interior design and nursing at San Diego State University. Structured and task-focused, Tamara’s absolute passion is helping people. Her 20-plus years of customer and patient care experience, her genuine love for others, and her astute attention to detail make her the ideal administrator for the transaction process. Tamara is responsible for ensuring seamless transactions for our buyers and sellers from the day a contract is signed to the closing table. She consistently communicates with all parties involved, proactively ensures deadlines are met, and addresses questions that arise. As a representative of The Steller Group’s values, Tamara’s goal is to provide outstanding customer service and care.

Kalese Bottelsen

Administrative Assistant
As The Steller Group’s Administrative Assistant, Kalese prides herself in going above and beyond to ensure an extraordinary office experience for our team. Prior to joining our team, Kalese’s professional background was in residential property management and customer service. Kalese is honest, hardworking, and driven by an unwavering dedication to service. She believes in building lasting relationships as well as professional friendships. With a love for people and an ever-positive attitude, Kalese’s organizational and creative skills transfer well into a support role in the real estate industry. A California native and transplant from Las Vegas, Kalese enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer and spending time at home with her husband and their two cats. Kalese’s kindness, diligence, and commitment truly align with The Steller Group’s dedication to excellence.

Erica Jimenez

Executive Support Manager
Proactive, passionate and focused on excellence, Erica is responsible for supporting our high-level operations to keep the executive team set up for success. She is The Steller Group’s Executive Support Manager. Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Colorado State University. Her professional background encompasses over 15 years’ experience in customer-focused administrative leadership, including a strong background in residential property management and the luxury hospitality industry. A resourceful, efficient, and enthusiastic team member, Erica is responsible for anticipating the needs of colleagues and clients alike while developing innovative solutions for the everyday challenges of running a successful business. Focused on compassion and empathy, she is passionate about making the lives of those around her easier and takes pride working diligently to ensure that each day at our office is smooth sailing.
