Conrad Steller

Co-Owner, Managing Broker
His talent and experience combine to make him our leader and mentor as well as a skilled negotiator and top advocate for our clients. Conrad is an extremely conscientious and effective broker, is widely recognized as a leader in the industry, and holds the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). The Denver Business Journal recognized Conrad as a 40 Under 40 award recipient in 2015, and a Top 10 Mile High Leader in Residential Real Estate in 2018. What Conrad offers stems from more than 20 years of real estate sales experience in the Denver Metro area, combined with extensive knowledge in construction consulting, environmental consulting, home improvement and real estate investing. As owner and managing broker of The Steller Group, Conrad supports our world-class team of agents in serving our clients’ interests and our community every day.

Jennifer Steller

Co-Owner, Marketing Director
With an extensive background in marketing and sales, she is our planning and promotion guru, our great organizer and visionary. Jennifer is a broker associate and holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Notre Dame. Her professional background includes award-winning public relations campaigns for corporate clients, and receiving a National Lifetime Achievement Award for personal sales as the membership director of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. As co-owner of The Steller Group with Conrad Steller and Emily Lonborg, her responsibilities include strategic planning and brand management. Jennifer’s focus is on precision. She works with the team to improve systems and procedures, ensuring that The Steller Group presents clients with the very best the real estate industry has to offer.

Emily Lonborg

Co-Owner, Designated Broker
A licensed Realtor the Denver Metro area since 2004, Emily brings a wealth of experience to the table. She is an agent extraordinaire, taking on client dreams, team training and operations. Emily is a strong advocate for her clients, known for her vision and highly effective listing and buying practices. Emily holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Emily is one of the hardest working, tenacious and successful Realtors in Colorado. As The Steller Group’s Designated Broker, she provides clear oversight and guidance as well as assists the staff with the day to day team operations. A native of Colorado, Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, followed by an 11 year career in Mortgage Banking before starting her career in real estate sales. With Emily’s dedication, in-depth knowledge, negotiating ability and oversight, Steller Group clients receive standout service and exceptional outcomes.

Katie Fredrick

Buyer Agent
Smart as a whip with an accommodating nature — and a true love of house hunting — Katie is known for her extraordinary communication, responsiveness and follow-through. She is a true partner to her buyers: Her honest and professional insight gives clients the confidence to make their own informed decisions. Yet Katie is never out of reach: Personalized and expert service are her calling cards. A Denver native, she also understands the importance of moving quickly in Denver’s competitive market and can respond rapidly, listening to buyers’ needs while securing their perfect home. Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and her master’s degree in higher education from the University of Denver, where she worked for nearly 10 years prior to joining The Steller Group.

Beth Walden

Buyer Agent
With a genuine and optimistic approach, Beth is an attentive agent with a passion for helping others. A sixth-generation Coloradan, she knows the Metro Denver area intimately. Leveraging this valuable insight, Beth helps clients effectively navigate the demanding and dynamic homebuying process. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, she worked in retail design and brand management, where she learned to guide clients through similar emotional and impactful decisions. Beth is efficient, creative and always looking for a way to infuse a little bit of fun into the process. By building strong and trustworthy relationships, her end goal is always to bring the vision of your future home to life. Beth studied at the University of Denver, earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance with a minor in economics.

Molly Smith

Buyer Agent
Kind and compassionate, Molly is a true partner to The Steller Group buyer agent team. She’s committed to providing top-notch service to clients as they navigate the exciting journey of finding a new home. Molly, a showing specialist, works with agents to pinpoint the house that meets each buyer’s specific needs and desires. Through patient listening and hard work, she thoughtfully considers all factors that buyers are looking for in a future home. Molly’s positive attitude helps her establish great relationships with clients, making them feel supported and comfortable throughout the homebuying process. Prior to joining The Steller Group, she earned her master’s degree in education from the University of Denver and worked in elementary education. Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies and sociology with a minor in mathematics from Colorado State University.

Blair Bryant

Designated Broker, Director of Senior Services
Acting as our clients’ strategic partner in achieving a maximum return from their home sale, Blair provides expert advice and insight with a personable, supportive style. His philosophy is relationship-oriented, and his priority is always serving the interests of the client first. Blair guides clients at any stage of life through the home-selling process with patience and understanding. His approach is customized: solutions are never one-size-fits-all. Blair’s down-to-earth nature and common sense bring a much needed dynamic to the often emotional experience of selling a home. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® and a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Blair is on the cutting edge of real estate needs for 55+ clients. He directs The Steller Group’s Downsizing Seminar Series, and presents throughout the Denver metro area, providing insight to sellers who are preparing to downsize or “rightsize.” Blair holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree from Florida State University.

Jen Carroll

Listing Agent
Hardworking and attentive, Jen’s commitment to her clients is unwavering. Her dynamic personality shines while her gentle and fun-loving approach makes them feel at ease. Jen is a hard worker whose professional style is supported by resilience and adaptability. With a sharp eye for detail and organization, she figures out how to navigate the market to the benefit of her clients, easing them through life transitions that may otherwise seem overwhelming. Jen understands the importance of seeing each client as an individual with unique needs. Prior to real estate, Jen taught school for a decade, where she honed her skills in communication, listening with care and attention, and empathy. Bill Dehmlow

Seth Jones

Seth’s adept knowledge of how individuals learn allows him to ensure his clients understand every detail of the process. Prior to real estate, Seth served in the healthcare industry as a simulation educator, instructional designer, and paramedic. Throughout his career, he developed skills invaluable in real estate, including the ability to reassure others while in high-pressure situations, negotiate effectively and listen attentively. As The Steller Group’s home presentation expert and lead stager, Carolyn is a true magic-maker. With seemingly endless and infectious energy, she makes our listings stand head and shoulders above the competition. Carolyn has a unique ability to transform space. From the coordination of needed home improvements to her mastery of core design elements, she is our secret weapon. Carolyn’s enthusiasm and tireless work ethic mean your property will shine to its fullest potential, helping it sell for the highest amount possible. Her staging expertise and affinity for helping homeowners in the sale process ensure that our properties and our customer service outperform the market! Since becoming one of the first Certified Home Staging Experts (CHSE) in the metro area, Carolyn has honed her craft as she trained and accredited stagers across the country.

Robin Bryant

Stager
Robin is The Steller Group’s stager. Ever the hard-worker and always ready to jump in, she keeps our listing and staging teams going with her fresh perspective and boundless stamina to get the job done. Robin works diligently each day, driven by a sense of pride in knowing the work she does will wow prospective buyers and allow us to bring in top dollar for our client’s home. She’s attentive, understanding, and committed to a job well done. Robin’s passion for her work is evident in the care she puts into each job. Jake Lonborg

Jake is a Colorado native and graduate of the Colorado State University’s College of Business, where he studied marketing and Spanish.

Vianey Rugamas

The Steller Group’s assistant project manager, Vianey, has a keen eye for detail and is a go-getter. She assists the project management team with great care to ensure a smooth process and successful outcome every time. Vianey exudes a calm and positive demeanor, bringing a sense of confidence to our jobs as she works steadily to ensure projects run like clockwork. Gigi Nally

Marketing Manager
The creative force in how The Steller Group shows up in the world, Gigi has a proven track record of excelling in demanding and dynamic environments. As The Steller Group’s marketing manager, she is responsible for our print and digital corporate marketing, coordinating our special events, and managing our listings’ marketing strategies to get maximum reach and make a lasting impression. With a degree in communications from Furman University and a comprehensive background in marketing, writing, and graphic design, Gigi delivers excellent results and brings a fresh eye to the real estate industry. She is a resourceful problem-solver and hard-working professional, continually enhancing The Steller Group’s marketing strategies to keep our team poised for success. Gigi’s work is a key factor in our company’s growth, ensuring clients past, present, and future have a front row seat to the remarkable things happening at The Steller Group.

Tamara Kracke

Transaction Manager
A positive, caring, and committed team member, she is an indispensable support for our clients from contract to final loan approval. Tamara Kracke is The Steller Group’s transaction manager. Tamara is originally from California and studied interior design and nursing at San Diego State University. Structured and task-focused, Tamara’s absolute passion is helping people. Her 20-plus years of customer and patient care experience, her genuine love for others, and her astute attention to detail make her the ideal administrator for the transaction process. Tamara is responsible for ensuring seamless transactions for our buyers and sellers from the day a contract is signed to the closing table. She consistently communicates with all parties involved, proactively ensures deadlines are met, and addresses questions that arise. As a representative of The Steller Group’s values, Tamara’s goal is to provide outstanding customer service and care.

Calli Benson

Listings and Digital Marketing Specialist
An organized, bright, and capable team member, Calli is our listings marketing specialist. She develops individualized, innovative marketing campaigns for each client that ensure their homes will rise above the competition. She leaves no stone unturned to create unique value for our sellers, and works closely with brokers and clients as they navigate the listing marketing process. A proud Colorado native, Calli has a degree in business marketing and management from Colorado State University, and her professional background includes business development, social media marketing, and event planning. Erica Jimenez

Executive Support Manager
Proactive, passionate and focused on excellence, Erica is responsible for supporting our high-level operations to keep the executive team set up for success. She is The Steller Group’s Executive Support Manager. Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Colorado State University. Her professional background encompasses over 15 years’ experience in customer-focused administrative leadership, including a strong background in residential property management and the luxury hospitality industry. A resourceful, efficient, and enthusiastic team member, Erica is responsible for anticipating the needs of colleagues and clients alike while developing innovative solutions for the everyday challenges of running a successful business. Focused on compassion and empathy, she is passionate about making the lives of those around her easier and takes pride working diligently to ensure that each day at our office is smooth sailing.

A California native and transplant from Las Vegas, Kalese enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer and spending time at home with her husband and their two cats.
