I would have to say that our interaction with our realtor Blair was totally positive. He listened to my concerns and gave me good advice on things to do prior to selling our house. The renovations that we needed/requested were orchestrated by the Steller team in a seamless manner. After we moved out, Steller took over and we were able to close on the sale of our home in just 2 days over a month. That month included replacement of the sewer line under the house, interior paint, new carpet, staging, listing/showing the house over a weekend, advice on which offer to select, inspection of the house and closing. There was obviously a lot of work for us getting ready to sell the house, but when Steller took over, I could not believe how quick and painless the whole process was. I know that our outcome is rare, but we were totally pleased with the results.
It was truly a team effort and we really appreciate all of the team Steller members. They all did a great job and helped us close in record time.

Bill Dehmlow is an outstanding realtor. He is very knowledgeable and very patient. He points out things that you are not looking for. (I.e. breaker boxes, water heater and furnace dates) Molly is also fantastic. She is very nice and will do great things in this line of work.

When we moved to Centennial, Conrad represented the seller of the house we bought and were impressed with him throughout the transaction. Three years later he was our first call and we weren’t disappointed. Conrad and his whole staff really went beyond the call of duty and provided superior service, especially given the challenges presented by the buyers of our home…those buyers were difficult and unreasonable in their demands and Conrad worked us thru to the close of the transaction.
Once the home closed and we had moved in we found that the sellers misrepresented information on the disclosure documents and we have had to spend a significant amount of money to fix issues that were not identified by the seller or found by the inspector.
